The package I received was damaged, what do I do?

Contact the shipping courier immediately if:
*The package you received is damaged.
*The contents within the package you received apprear to be damaged.
*If the security tape is broken or tampered with.

The FedEx driver should have a form for you to fill out. In this case, contact them at 1-800-GO-FEDEX and follow through with a representative.

Once your package's leave our warehouse, it takes 1-5 business days for your package to arrive depending on your location.
