Do you deliver to International PO Boxes?

We do not ship to any national or international PO Boxes.

Do you verify addresses for International Orders?

It is very difficult to obtain verification information from banks outside of the US and Canada. For this reason we welcome international orders, but ask that you pay via Pay-Pal as this is the best way to receive money from outside of the US and Canada. If you provide a credit card as payment, you will receive an E-Mail explaining the above and asking that you pay via Pay-Pal. We will be unable to process your order if you choose any other method of payment. We appreciate your understanding and co-operation in this matter.

International Shipping:

All sales are FOB LA.

Customers need to sign an affidavit to be responsible for any Duty charges.

 

What if I refuse/abandon my International Order?

You are responsible for all expenses once the package leaves our warehouse.

Who is responsible for import fees, duties, etc?

You are responsible for all import, duties, tax fees. You will sign a letter agreeing that you are responsible for all fees when you open your account. A credit card will be on file to charge any duties or taxes not paid by you.

Will the game I ordered play on my system?

MOST, unless otherwise notified, of the products we sell are designed to work with the Region1, NTSC electronics specification only. You should check to see if the products we sell will work with your local area's electronics specification.
