What if my billing & shipping addresses differ?

There is no problem if your shipping and billing address differ. As long as we have all the information when we open your account, everything should be okay. If you decide to change any info, please contact us directly.

What if some of my items are back ordered?

If any items are back ordered (not in stock when ordered), we will give you a date of when the product/s will arrive and then get an approval from you. As soon as the products comes in, we will ship out the same day.

What is Processing Time?

Processing time is the time it takes up to build your order and ship it out. Most orders, if given to us before 2pm (PST) will be shipped out on the same day the order was placed. During the busy Holiday season, it might take 24 hours from the time you placed your order for your package to be shipped.
